Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup flour 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 cup cranberries 1/3 cup canola oil 1/3 cup chopped uncrystallized candied ginger 1/3 cup light brown sugar 2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg Directions: Preheat oven to 350.
